What we collect. Your business name, contact name, phone and email; your service zone, weekly capacity and rates; the jobs you accept, pass on or complete; the days you mark unavailable; messages between you and us; and technical details when you use the Portal (date and time, IP address and device type), including a record each time you accept these terms.
How we use it. To offer and schedule jobs, send you job notices, pay you, keep records required by your subcontractor agreement and by tax law, protect customers' information, and keep the Portal secure.
Who we share it with. Service providers who help us run the business, such as our texting provider, email provider and payment tools, and only as needed to provide those services. We may share limited job details with a customer (for example, that a crew is scheduled). We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it. For as long as you work with us and afterward as needed for tax, legal and dispute records.
Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or stop job texts by replying STOP. Contact Christmas Roof Lights LLC with any request.
Security. Portal links are long random codes, all traffic is encrypted when the Portal is served over HTTPS, and we log access to protect your account.
