Will you damage my roof or gutters?
No nails, no staples, no screws into your shingles or fascia. Lights go up on clips that grip the gutter edge and shingle line, and come off the same way in January. And if our install ever damages your roof or gutters, we repair it at our cost. That is our roof-safe guarantee.
How much does it cost?
Every home is different, so every quote is custom: it depends on how many feet of roofline you want lit and what else you add. Send your address and your exact price comes back by text with your mockup, usually within 15 minutes.
What is included?
On the lease plan, everything: the design, commercial-grade LED lights cut to fit your home, installation, fixing any outages during the season, January takedown, and storage until next year. Nothing extra in January.
Do I need to be home?
No. We measure remotely and install from the outside. We check the roofline on site before we start and text you when the lights are on. Just let us know about gate codes or dogs.
What if a bulb goes out?
Text or call us and we fix it within 48 hours, free. That is our 48-hour fix guarantee.
Can I get my deposit back?
Yes. A 50% deposit books your install date and is fully refundable up to 14 days before your install. Inside 14 days it is non-refundable, because your crew and materials are committed. Weather delays are rescheduled, never lost.
Lease, own, or permanent?
Lease is the easy one: we supply the lights, put them up, take them down and store them, every year. Own means you buy the set in year one and keep it. Permanent means track lighting that stays up all year and changes color from your phone. We quote all three.
I rent. Can I still book?
Yes, with the homeowner's OK in writing. Tell us you rent when we text you and we will sort it out before scheduling.
