These Terms of Service cover text messages, emails and phone calls from Christmas Roof Lights LLC ("Christmas Roof Lights," "we," "us"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Program name: Christmas Roof Lights Quotes & Service Updates.
What you will receive: texts about your quote request (your lit-up mockup and price, and answers to your questions), booking and install scheduling, day-before and on-the-way notices, service and takedown updates, payment reminders, renewal reminders for next season, and occasional seasonal offers. You can also text us photos or questions, and we will reply.
How you join: by checking the text consent box on our quote form, by texting us first, or by agreeing on a recorded phone call. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can get a quote and book by phone or email without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency varies. Most people get a few messages while we prepare a quote and a few more around an install, service call or takedown.

Reply STOP to any text at any time. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT and OPT OUT. You will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not text you unless you rejoin. To rejoin, reply START.
Stopping texts does not stop email, and unsubscribing from email does not stop texts. If you have booked with us, we may still need to reach you another way about your install.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are delivered on major U.S. carriers; delivery is not guaranteed.

You can ask us to reach you by email instead of text. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing stops marketing email right away (and always within 10 business days); you will still get transactional emails about a quote or booking you have with us. We never sell or rent your email address.
By agreeing on our quote form, you allow us to call the number you provided, including autodialed or prerecorded calls and calls using an artificial or AI-generated voice, about your quote, scheduling and offers. When you call us, you may reach an AI voice assistant, and calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can handle your request and check quality. Ask for a person any time, and tell us if you do not want us to call you.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
