1. Who this is between. These terms cover your use of the Christmas Roof Lights LLC contractor portal (the "Portal"), the private link we send you to see job offers, your schedule and your availability. They apply to the contractor business that received the link and everyone who uses it on that business's behalf.
2. Your subcontractor agreement comes first. Your signed subcontractor agreement with Christmas Roof Lights LLC controls pay, insurance, quality standards, customer non-solicitation and your independent-contractor status. If these terms and that agreement ever disagree, the agreement wins.
3. Your private link. The Portal link works like a password. Keep it to yourself and the people on your crew who need it. Tell us right away if it is shared by mistake, and we will issue a new one. You are responsible for actions taken through your link.
4. Accepting jobs. Tapping "Accept job" is a commitment to do that job on the date shown, within your stated weekly capacity. Tapping "Pass" declines it. Marking a job done confirms the work is complete. Pay is released under your agreement once before-and-after photos are received.
5. Customer information. Addresses, first names and job details are confidential and belong to Christmas Roof Lights LLC. Use them only to do the job you accepted. Do not contact, market to or sell to our customers outside a job we assigned, and do not copy or share customer information.
6. Messages from us. By using the Portal you agree to receive job-related texts and emails from Christmas Roof Lights LLC at the number and email you gave us, such as new offers, schedule changes and reminders. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time; you can still use the Portal.
7. Photos. Photos you send of completed work may be used by Christmas Roof Lights LLC in its marketing. Don't include customers' faces or personal documents.
8. Acceptable use. Don't try to access other contractors' information, interfere with the Portal, or use it for anything other than your work with Christmas Roof Lights LLC.
9. Availability and changes. We may update or pause the Portal, or turn off your link, for example if your agreement ends. We may update these terms. When we do, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can keep using the Portal.
10. No warranty; limits. The Portal is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Christmas Roof Lights LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Nothing here limits obligations in your subcontractor agreement.
11. Missouri law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
