No. We measure from satellite before we ever come out, and on install day the crew works outside. We do need access to an outdoor outlet, and we'll ask you where the nearest one is.
On the seasonal plan they're ours — we bring them, maintain them, take them down and store them. If you'd rather own your set outright, we do that too, and it's cheaper from the second year on.
Text us. Service calls are included all season and we aim to be out within 48 hours. You should never be on a ladder fixing our work.
No. We use purpose-made clips that hook over the shingle edge or the gutter lip. We never staple, nail or drill into your house, and everything comes off cleanly in January.
That's most of what we do. Height and pitch affect the price a little because steep roofs take more material and more time, but there's no house we won't quote.
From late October through mid-December, weather permitting. Early bookings get first pick of dates, and the week after Thanksgiving is always the busiest.
Your deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before your install date. After that we've already cut your lights to your roofline, so it isn't.
