What we collect. When you request a quote we collect your name, street address, mobile number, optional email, home details you share, and a record of your consent to be contacted (the consent wording, date, time and device information).
How we use it. To measure your roofline and prepare your mockup and quote; to contact you by text and phone about your quote, scheduling, your install and seasonal offers if you consented; to schedule an installation crew working on our behalf; and to process deposits through our payment processor.
Who we share it with. Only service providers that help us deliver the service: installation crews who need your address for your job, our texting and phone providers, mapping and satellite-imagery providers, and our payment processor. They may use it only to provide those services to us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To see, correct or delete your information, contact us. We keep consent records as long as needed to show we had your permission to contact you.
